"Trudy put me at ease with her messages before we met. I was feeling anxious that I wouldn't find a headpice that I liked. In one of her messages she said "It'll be fun!" In another message she said that I would "feel fabulous on the day". The consultation was a very relaxed and enjoyable experience. She listened to ne as well as offering advice. My beautiful hat was an absolute pleasure to wear; so light and stayed in place (for 13 hours!) stood the test of dancing the night away without worrying about it moving. Trudy is a woman of her word. I did feel fabulous on the day and so many people gave me compliments. If you want something special and workmanship, I highly recommend having a bespoke hat made by Trudy. Thank you Trudy"
